2 Hour UTV Velvet Ridge Adventure

See the most beautiful scenery just outside Capitol Reef National Park near the town of Torrey. This UTV offroad adventure covers some of the best highlights in the area, including Velvet Ridge, Thousand Lakes mountain, Pinocchio Point, and the famous Great Western Trail. This is some of the best off-road trails in the country with scenery to match.

Named after a series of rainbow colored hills, the “Velvets” as locals call it are surrounded by towering 2,000 + foot red rock cliffs in all directions. This 2 hour excursion starts in Torrey and in 5 minutes takes us on part of the famous Great Western trail. Drivers renting a separate machine must speak and read English fluently and will be required to authorize a credit card damage deposit of $3,000 in case of an accident.
